they become critical to provide the speed and agility necessary for true supply chain resiliency in the face of disruptions.
A modern control tower must act as a hub to encompass the full breadth of the supply chain beyond just logistics and fulfillment. It must include sourcing/suppliers, demand (sensing), and inventory.
